Q1: The fitness tracker won't turn on?
If your fitness tracker is not turning on, try pressing and holding the touch button (white rectangle below the screen) for 5 seconds. If it still doesn't power on, it might be out of battery, so please charge it to activate.
Q2: Wondering how to charge your activity tracker?
Check the image guide on this page or follow the user manual in the packaging. The strap detaches on both sides, but charging is only on one side with a metal contact. When you start charging, the watch vibrates, and a charging icon shows up. If not, flip the watch to another face and reinsert.
Q3: How to set the date and time?
Paired with the app, the fitness tracker syncs time and date with your phone automatically. If a "time" error occurs after low battery, reconnect it after charging to sync to the correct time.
Q4: The notification function does not work?
If notifications aren't working, follow the app's guidance during the initial connection to grant necessary permissions for your phone apps. Ensure the app stays active in the background when the screen is off. If issues persist, message us with your Amazon order number.
Q5: About step count accuracy.
For accurate data, wear the watch close to your skin, and maintain a distance of one finger width between the strap and your wrist.
Fitness trackers have embedded 3D sensors, and the error is about 2%, which is a normal deviation. Any type of fitness tracker counts steps by moving your hands while walking, and it takes some time for the step data to sync up after you've been walking for a while. If you take less than 20 steps in a period, the step counter will not count.

APP Pairing:
1. Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone.
2. Open th APP. Go to the "Device" page and tap "Add Device".
3. Select the device in the app searching list.
4. Pairing has completed successfully when the app displays "Paired successfully".
When pairing, please ensure the tracker and your smartphone is within 0.5 meters distance. If the connection is unsuccessful, please update the application through Google Play or Appstore.
The fitness tracker can only pair with one phone at a time.
To use a different phone with the tracker, first reset the tracker to factory settings (To reset from the tracker: “More” → “Reset”), it erases all apps, settings, and data on the tracker. After the tracker reset is complete, then it can be pair with another phone.
